Ranghan comes with extensive Fortune 500 C-suite experience as well as working at Intel, Deloitte, The Home Depot, Grainger and TELUS.

Patrick Davidson

Pat is a advisor to our board. He is Managing Director of Davidson Consulting Group, LLC, a firm he founded in 2014. He is responsible for the strategic direction and overall leadership of the firm and has over 30 years of leadership experience. He is on the boards on many reputed organizations.

Before forming Davidson Consulting Group, LLC, Pat served as an Executive Officer with W.W. Grainger, Inc. for nine years where he had increasing roles of responsibility of VP Information Services; VP Branch Services; SVP Customer Service and SVP Sales, Marketing and E-Commerce. Prior to being elected as a Company Officer, he served for 14 years as Director of Quality and Employee Development and held various field sales and operational management roles.

Pat is a member of the Advisory Boards of the National Christian Foundation, Greater Chicago and the Salvation Army, Metropolitan Division.
