This company is a passionate, energetic, and committed team of designers, researchers, and experience architects tasked with shaping the evolving landscape of digital solutions supporting our brand alignment with business goals and customer needs.\r\n\r\nThis role is critical in the requirements definition, analysis and solution design of both customer and employee-facing digital solutions across desktop browsers, mobile devices and in-store digital interactions.\r\n<h3>Your responsibilities<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Drives customer advocacy by showing empathy for our customers and users of our software solutions, their needs and goals.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Defines user requirements in response to business goals working with product management and technology partners.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Actively participates in a cross-functional agile teams; representing User Experience alongside research, visual design, copywriting, product management, development and QA. Shares delivery accountability with agile teams.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Creates prototypes, process flows, wireframes, and design specifications. Works with Business Analysts in the development of use cases required to document business rules and expected online customer behaviors.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Participates in and analyzes user research and usability test results. Seeks out consumer data and web analytics when developing experience solutions.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Participates in project reviews; collaborates with the User Experience group in the development of, promotion of, and compliance to, experience design standards.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>The must-have skill sets<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>At least 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, agency or other customer-facing digital experiences (Interactive agency or consulting experience)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Must have UX\/IA samples in PORTFOLIO \u2014 must include interactive prototypes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Must take initiative and not be afraid to ask questions. Collaboration on this team is key as well as being able to think of the big picture.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Working knowledge of Omniture \/ Adobe Analytics, or other web analytics program<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience with creative of interactive prototypes<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Use of wireframing programs<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience participating in, and defining, user experience processes and best practices with<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience with page design<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners and\/or technical teams<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Software must have&#8217;s \u2014 Sketch, Axure and Adobe Creative Suite, Omniture \/ Adobe Analytics<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Degree in Interactive Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar \/ Bachelors degree<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>Equal employment opportunity<\/h3>\r\nRezilyens is an equal opportunity employer and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment for employees from all walks of life.
