The SA will manage applications hosted in multiple technologies and languages such as AWS Sagemeker, H20, Python, Pandas, R and Jupyter Notebooks and should have related relevant experience.\r\n<h3>Your responsibilities<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Work with stakeholders to define requirements constraints, and goals<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Stay current on changes within the industry and communicate any alignment with bank initiatives with interested parties<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Understand and adopt all relevant policies, standards and procedures<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Make technical presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and documentation<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Serve as AI\/ML evangelist to inform and consult organization on related issues<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Establish standards, procedures, guidelines, and best practices related to AI\/ML<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Lead discussions about short term tactical fixes vs. long term strategic goals<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare budget proposals and operational expenditure statements, Design, develop, communicate, and lead deployment of ML platforms and application<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Forecast and manage SDLC using agile methodologies and tooling<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>The must-have skill sets<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience with financial concepts such as advances, securities and derivatives and with with general programming languages<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience building and maintaining big data and big compute environments<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Extensive experience with statistical programming languages\/frameworks<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience with message busses, databases, data lakes, and data meshes<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Strong analytical and statistical skills<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Extensive experience building applications in a cloud environment<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Extensive engineering experience working on Linux and Windows servers<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Extensive experience writing financial models or financial software<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Extensive experience writing, calibrating, and testing financial models<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Strong understanding of machine learning techniques (supervised, unsupervised, etc)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Linux and Windows systems administration<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Extensive experience working within an agile\/SCRUM environment<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience with strong development practices such as test driven development<\/li>\r\n \t<li>An ability to adopt new ways of working and embrace new technologies and technique<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>Equal employment opportunity<\/h3>\r\nRezilyens is an equal opportunity employer and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment for employees from all walks of life.
